IMS is a professional services organization that was founded in 2001 by Patrick Flaherty and incorporated on 8/13/2003. Our clients are heath care organizations that provide ambulatory, acute and post acute care.

Our services are focused on clinical operations and revenue management with the goal of improving outcomes, quality and profitability. We follow our Business Practice Innovation (BPI) model, which we developed as the means for fully leveraging investments in people, processes and technology. Our BPI model is designed to identify and create efficiencies, develop more responsive and better informed staff, improve data integrity and a eliminate redundant and unnecessary tasks that create distractions, increase the potential for error and heighten regulatory, revenue and other management risks.

We also offer our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service that allows organizations to assign to us the more technical and difficult to staff and supervise functions, including billing and collections, medical records, payor benefit and MDS management, technology support.
