Patrick Flaherty – Managing Director
Patrick founded IM Solutions in 2001 after 11 years as a health care industry specialist with Ernst and Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a CPA and has advised dozens of provider organizations, and is responsible business and professional development for IM Solutions. He leads strategic, business development and capital formation initiatives, and serves in a quality assurance capacity for our clients on BPI engagements by ensuring that the team is focused on achieving project goals.

Karen Donovan – Director of LTC Operations
Karen is responsible for managing clinical, subacute rehabilitation and technology activities. Her expertise lies in the development of best operational practices affecting fiscal, quality and regulatory performance. She applies her knowledge of diverse technology capabilities to create solutions that cater to specific provider needs. Karen has 20 years of LTC operations experience, with a background in information systems administration and process improvement. Her role on projects is interactive with administration and departmental leadership.

Maureen Weir – Revenue Management Director
Maureen has over 25 years of health revenue management experience. She specializes in business office restructurings, revenue capture improvement, mitigating collection and credit risks, cash recovery, improving business office productivity and training in the fundamentals of SNF billing. Her role on projects is interactive with fiscal leadership to ensure alignment with the goals of projects.

Diane McIntyre and Fran Koch represent our nursing team. They are both RNs with extensive clinical and administrative experience in LTC settings, including with MDS and other clinical documentation.

Faith Young is an Associate with experience as a restorative nursing aide. She is pursuing a degree in nursing.

Susan Gold is an accounts receivable billing and collections specialist with extensive experience in SNF and home care billing.

John Pacholec and Anthony Sgroi are our network engineers. They have lead a variety of application and network installs across all provider types, including products from Citrix, Achieve and AHT among others.
